Téa Chiarelli
Owner, Lead Stylist + Colorist
Originally hailing from Aspen, Colorado, Téa discovered her passion for hair and makeup early on, when she became the go-to friend for prom! She honed her skills at The Aveda Institute of Denver, where she not only earned high honors in all phases but also clinched the title of the 2017 Winner of the Edwin Neill II Full Potential Student Competition.
Before she stepped into her role as a co-owner of Alchemy & Aura Beauty Collective in 2024, Téa had already made her mark as a stylist in both a barber shop and her own hair salon in Denver. Her creative work has graced multiple local and national editorials. Téa’s love for hair, makeup, and nails is driven by the joy and pride she feels in boosting her clients' confidence with her transformative talents.
Oceanna Oberosler
Stylist + Colorist
Meet Oceanna, a Colorado native and stylist at Alchemy & Aura Salon. With over 13 years in the industry and a strong Aveda background, she’s all about authenticity and natural beauty. From sun-kissed blondes to effortless balayage and stunning transformation colors, Oceanna tailors every look to highlight her clients’ best features and leave them feeling radiant.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her watching true crime shows, coloring, and spending quality time with her three kids. She also thrives on building genuine connections, aiming to make every client feel at ease from the moment they step into the salon. Victoria Masterson
Stylist + Colorist
Meet Victoria, an innovative stylist at Alchemy & Aura Salon with a passion for all things hair. A true natural in creating effortless, blended looks, she specializes in everything from lived in dimension, to extensions, to transformative color. She has also been recognized and published by Redken Professional. Victoria focuses on bringing out her clients’ dream hair and keeping in mind desired maintenance levels all while making them feel at ease throughout the entire experience.
Outside the salon, she enjoys unwinding with her kindle, exploring all things outdoors, and spending time with her Golden Retriever - who you may see at the salon - Luna!
