Téa Chiarelli
Co-Owner, Lead Stylist + Colorist
Originally hailing from Aspen, Colorado, Téa discovered her passion for hair and makeup early on, when she became the go-to friend for prom! She honed her skills at The Aveda Institute of Denver, where she not only earned high honors in all phases but also clinched the title of the 2017 Winner of the Edwin Neill II Full Potential Student Competition.
Before she stepped into her role as a co-owner of Alchemy & Aura Beauty Collective in 2024, Téa had already made her mark as a stylist in both a barber shop and her own hair salon in Denver. Her creative work has graced multiple local and national editorials. Téa’s love for hair, makeup, and nails is driven by the joy and pride she feels in boosting her clients' confidence with her transformative talents.
Kristina Akers
Co-Owner, Lead Stylist + Colorist
Hailing from Florida, Kristina made her way to Colorado in 2018 with a clear vision for her future in the beauty industry. She pursued her passion at the Avalon School of Cosmetology, graduating with honors in January 2020. Kristina specializes in creating stunning blondes, mastering the art of lived-in color, and expertly applying extensions, skills that showcase her lifelong dream of becoming a hairstylist.
Kristina is not just about transforming looks; she's deeply committed to forming genuine connections and empowering her clients to feel their absolute best. She strongly believes in the power of continuing education, constantly evolving her techniques and staying ahead in the ever-changing world of beauty.
